Elle ne concerne pas les PAC basses temp\u00e9ratures et les PAC utilis\u00e9es uniquement pour le chauffage de l\u2019eau chaude sanitaire.<\/li><\/ul><div title=\"Page 18\"><div><div><div><ul><li>Le professionnel re\u0301dige une note de dimensionnement du ge\u0301ne\u0301rateur par rapport aux de\u0301perditions calcule\u0301es a\u0300 T = Tbase. Les de\u0301perditions concernent les pie\u0300ces du logement desservies par le re\u0301seau de chauffage, sans conside\u0301ration des e\u0301ventuels autres ge\u0301ne\u0301rateurs pre\u0301sents. Cette note est remise au be\u0301ne\u0301ficiaire a\u0300 l\u2019ache\u0300vement des travaux.<\/li><li>Le professionnel ayant re\u0301alise\u0301 l\u2019ope\u0301ration est titulaire d\u2019un signe de qualite\u0301 re\u0301pondant aux me\u0302mes exigences que celles pre\u0301vues a\u0300 l\u2019article 2 du de\u0301cret n\u00b0 2014-812 du 16 juillet 2014 pris pour l\u2019application du second aline\u0301a du 2 de l\u2019article 200 quater du code ge\u0301ne\u0301ral des impo\u0302ts et du dernier aline\u0301a du 2 du I de l\u2019article 244 quater U du code ge\u0301ne\u0301ral des impo\u0302ts et des textes pris pour son application.<\/li><\/ul><div title=\"Page 17\"><div><div><div><p>\u27a2 Ce signe de qualite\u0301 correspond a\u0300 des travaux relevant du 5\u00b0 (dans le cas d\u2019une PAC assurant uniquement le chauffage du logement) ou du 5\u00b0 et du 6\u00b0 (dans le cas d\u2019une PAC assurant le chauffage du logement et de l\u2019eau chaude sanitaire) du I de l\u2019article 1er du de\u0301cret pre\u0301cite\u0301*.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><ul><li>La pompe \u00e0 chaleur neuve doit avoir une\u00a0efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique saisonni\u00e8re d\u2019au moins 111% avec son dispositif d\u2019appoint et disposer d\u2019un r\u00e9gulateur de IV au minimum\u00a0(hors dispositif de r\u00e9gulation).<\/li><li>La mise en oeuvre est assur\u00e9e par un professionnel certifi\u00e9 RGE.<\/li><li>La preuve de la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019op\u00e9ration mentionne :<br \/>&#8211; la d\u00e9pose d\u2019une chaudi\u00e8re hors condensation et son \u00e9nergie de chauffage (charbon, fioul ou gaz) ;<br \/>&#8211; la mise en place d\u2019une pompe \u00e0 chaleur air\/eau avec un dispositif d\u2019appoint par combustible liquide ou gazeux ;<br \/>&#8211; le type de pompe \u00e0 chaleur (moyenne ou haute temp\u00e9rature) ;<br \/>&#8211; son efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique saisonni\u00e8re (\u03b7S) selon le r\u00e8glement (EU) n\u00b0 813\/2013 de la commission du 2 ao\u00fbt 2013 ;<br \/>&#8211; et l\u2019installation d\u2019un r\u00e9gulateur ainsi que la classe de celui-ci.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column
