Elle mentionne les parties signataires et leur signature, la puissance souscrite, la date de signature du contrat et celle de sa prise d&rsquo;effet ainsi que la d\u00e9signation, l&rsquo;adresse et la surface chauff\u00e9e desservie par le r\u00e9seau de chaleur lors de ce raccordement.<\/li><li>Un justificatif annexe fera \u00e9tat de la d\u00e9pose et du remplacement de l&rsquo;ancienne chaudi\u00e8re en indiquant sa marque, sa r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, son \u00e9nergie (charbon, fioul, ou gaz) et en pr\u00e9cisant qu&rsquo;elle n&rsquo;est pas \u00e0 condensation. Il mentionnera \u00e9galement \u00e9galement le raccordement au r\u00e9seau de chaleur et son taux d&rsquo;alimentation en \u00e9nergies renouvelables ou de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CALCUL :<\/span><\/strong><\/p><div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 27\"><div class=\"section\"><div class=\"layoutArea\"><div class=\"column\"><p>Si le ba\u0302timent a une surface chauffe\u0301e \u2264 a\u0300 7500m2\u2192le montant sera de 11 000 000 kWh cumac<\/p><p>Si le ba\u0302timent a une surface &gt; a\u0300 7500m2\u2192la formule de calcul a\u0300 prendre en compte sera : 1 070 x surface chauffe\u0301e du ba\u0302timent raccorde\u0301 + 3 000 000 (re\u0301sultat en kWh
