inf\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 400kW pour un syst\u00e8me de chauffage collectif.<\/p><div title=\"Page 39\"><div><div><div><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Le coefficient est de :<\/span><\/p><div title=\"Page 39\"><div><div><div><ul><li>3 si la PAC remplace une chaudie\u0300re au gaz non performante.<\/li><li>4 si la PAC remplace une chaudie\u0300re au charbon ou au fioul non performante.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><p>L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique saisonni\u00e8re (Etas) selon le r\u00e8glement (EU) n\u00b0813\/2013 de la commission du 2 ao\u00fbt 2013 est sup\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 :<\/p><ul><li>111% pour les PAC moyenne et haute temp\u00e9rature ;\u00a0<\/li><li>126% pour les PAC basse temp\u00e9rature.<\/li><\/ul><p><span lang=\"FR\">La mise en place doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par un professionnel garant de l\u2019environnement.<\/span><\/p><p>L\u2019offre de prime dat\u00e9e et sign\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Le devis sign\u00e9 et dat\u00e9.<\/p><p>La facture comportant au minimum :<\/p><ul><li>la mise en place d\u2019une pompe \u00e0 chaleur de type air\/eau ou eau\/eau ;<\/li><li>sa puissance thermique nominale ;<\/li><li>le type de pompe \u00e0 chaleur (basse, moyenne ou haute temp\u00e9rature) ;\u00a0<\/li><li>l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique saisonni\u00e8re (Etas) selon le r\u00e8glement (EU) n\u00b0813\/2013 de la commission du 2 ao\u00fbt 2013.<\/li><\/ul><p>L\u2019attestation sur l\u2019honneur dat\u00e9e et sign\u00e9e par vous et
